To our beloved community,

It's with great pleasure and excitement that we announce the remarkable results that our 10th grade students, who are applying to one of CORFO’s scholarships, obtained on the prestigious international exam TOEFL Junior. All of our students obtained over 800 points out of 900, hence obtaining at least a B1 level that recognizes them as independent users of the English language. They are able to understand main ideas, identify details, understand idiomatic language and the communicative purpose of a speaker or a written text; in both academic and non-academic contexts. As well as vastly recognizing structures and meanings within the English language.

  Student Score Level
  Benjamín Guajardo 870 B2
  Pablo Barrales 860 B2
  Cristóbal Calderón 805 B1
  Dimitri Loaiza 840 B2

Elizabeth Corrales and Cristóbal Torres would like to thank our senior student Ignacio Paredes for supporting and advising his fellow students, so they can achieve what he once did and follow upon his footsteps. Finally I´d like to encourage my students to continue working hard in order to improve their abilities in the use of this essential language.
